Conversations with the #FabSkye Vol. 3

Having an almost 4 year old daughter is proving to be the ultimate test of patience. Ermergerd! Nauubos ang buhok ko sa anit sa dami ng tanong, arte at kwento.

Though our house is extra happy, extra noisy and there's an extra dose of love everywhere because of our little ball sunshine.

So let me share with you some of conversations at home para may extra dose of happiness din kayo!

Perfect Daughter

Me: (scolding her because she did something wrong)

#FabSkye: Are you mad at me Nanay?

Me: Almost. Because what you did is wrong.

#FabSkye: I'm a bad girl?

Me: What you did is bad. If you'll keep on doing it, then you'll be a bad girl.

#FabSkye: Oh my God! You don't love me anymore!

Me: Of course I love you. I will always love you. But I'm almost mad because you did something wrong.

#FabSkye: I'm not a perfect daughter anymore!

Me: Wow ha! San mo naman nakuha yan?

#FabSkye: Moana wished she's a perfect daughter...

Me: ...

Moana: ...

After that di ko alam kung matatawa ako o kelangan ko seryosohin ang kagustuhan nyang maging "perfect daughter" eh. To kasing si Moana!!

Curacha

Me: Hoy Curacha! Matulog ka na!
#FabSkye: Nanaaaaaaayy!! I'm not a spooooon!
Me:..
Curacha: ...
Kutsara: ...

Jowa

#FabSkye: (ginagaya yung sa Loving In Tandem na commercial) Jowa! Jowa! Jowa! Jowa!
Me: Hey! Why are you saying that? Do you know what it means?
#FabSkye: Yes. It means you have a boyfriend. And you're inlove.
Me: *tulaley* 

Emmo's Boo Boo

The #FabSkye's Ninang Kalli gave her a dog. She named it Emmo because it's a boy. Dapat ata talaga Emma o dahil Elmo ang name ng dog ng isa nyang Ninang. So they we're playing and then...

#FabSkye: Oh my Nanay! Emmo got blood! (super worried talaga nya)
Me: Huh? Where? What happened?
#FabSkye: Here! On his dede! It has a small blood. What's happening to Emmo?
Me: (after checking, I realized that it's the dog's you-know-what) Oh it's just a small boo boo. Don't worry baby. It'll be okay. Just don't touch it.
#FabSkye: (to Emmo) don't worry Emmo. It's just a small boo-boo. You're fine! You're fine. *hug*hug*hug*

Drama Queen

Me: (naglilitanya kasi ang kulit kulit nya)

#FabSkye: (went to a corner and hugged her knees) You don't love me anymore ha!? You're mad at me ha?! I'm not a perfect daughter ha?! NOBODY LOVES ME!

Jusko! Gusto ko maglaslas after that!

Santa Is Busted

Me: We will write a letter to Santa on Christmas. You could ask Santa for a toy. What do you want?
#FabSkye: But Tatay is Santa!!
Me: What?!!! But Santa is old and big and has white hair.
#FabSkye: I knooooooow. But Tatay is Santa!
Me: (Sa isip ko, lintek naman oh! Ang korni ng anak ko!) So we won't write a letter to Santa anymore?
#FabSkye: I will write to Santa! I want pink bathing suit and a goggles. Okay Tatay? Is that okay?
Tatay: Yes, baby!
Me: Anak ng tokwa naman oh!!!!

Putek

Toto Ian: (pumasok sa kwarto galit na galit) Ate! Sabi na sa inyo wag kayo nagmumura sa harap ng bata eh. Ayan oh! Sabi ni #FabSkye, PUTEK daw!
Tatay: Ayan! Sinasabi ko na kasi! Sayo yan nakuha! Ikaw tong mahilig magsabi nyaaaaan!!
Me: #FabSkye! Come here.
#FabSkye: Yeeeeeesss?
Me: Did you say putek?
#FabSkye: Yes! Putek! Putek! Putek aman oh!
Me: Do you know what putek means?
#FabSkye: Yes! MUDDY PUDDLES! Putek aman! Dirty! Yuck!!
Me: (to Toto and Tatay) oh anoooo? Pahiya kayoooo??

Whose fault is it anyway?

The #FabSkye got scratched by her dog. Eh sa tenga and dumugo sya. Mila was so nervous. Muntik magka nervous breakdown ang Nanay ko!

Mila: Sinabi na kasi wag mag alaga ng aso eh! Itapon nyo yang aso na yan! Ihahagis ko yan sa bintanaaaaa!!
#FabSkye: Nooooooo!!! It's not his fault! IT'S MY FAULT!! Please Mommy! No!
Me: But I told you not to make Emmo bite your hair. See? You got scratched. Mommy is mad. We have to throw Emmo away now because he bit you.
#FabSkye: He did not bite me!!!! Only this (makes a scratching gesture). It's not his fault! Please. Please. Oh Emmo! Don't listen to them. It's not your fault. I'm sorry. I love you. It's not you. Okay? *hugs Emmo*
Me: ...
Mila: ...
Emmo: ...

Arte ng anak ko nooooo??! Ewan ko san nya yan napupulot! I swear not from me!!!

But conversations with her are getting more and more fun. Sometimes, nagkakatinginan nalang kami ng Tatay nya especially if may mga hirit sya. Hahaha!
