Review: Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs (Musical)

I was given the chance to catch Reportory Philippines' latest offering - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This musical was held at OnStage Greenbelt 1 and will run from August 15 till December 10, 2015.

Bituin Escalante played the role of Evil Queen while Christine Flores played the role of Snow White.

This musical is fun and entertaining. I love the part where they'd ask the audience to take part by yodeling with them.

We watched with some Montessori kids who I am very sure had loads of fun. The stage is beautiful and well crafted. The lights are perfect. There are some ballet dancers on the show. And of course, lots of great music.

I specifically adore the kids who played the role of the 2 dwarfs. Mosquito is love. So cute!! While Bituin Escalante is pure talent. My gosh!

I love musicals. And I am with my sister when I watched (she's also a fan of musicals) and the entire time I am wishing that I'm with my daughter who love musicals as well. I am very sure she'd appreciate all the singing.

So if you have time mums, please do watch this. Bring the kids too. Start them young. Make them appreciate this kind of shows at a young age. Introduce them to theater and musicals early so they'd grew up cultured.

Already planning to watch again, this time with the baby. But I have to clarify if it's true that they only allow kids 4yrs and up to watch. It actually makes sense coz you don't want infants and toddlers crying in the middle of a heart-felt song number. I think I have to swear to them that I have the most behaved baby in the whole world so they would allow us to watch with her.

Ticket prices range from P400 to P600. For more details on the play, call the Repertory Philippines at 843-3570 or book tickets through TicketWorld or call them at 891-9999.
