I super love body massage. I need to get a weekly massage to function properly. It's already a part of my routine. I love how it helps relax my body and I super feel good right after.
But a few weeks ago, I treat my father and my sister for a massage at Aesthetic Science Clinic in Jupiter, Makati.
My father is a trailer driver. Hard job, I know. He has been driving trailers for as long as I can remember. Though job. So he is really always sore and his muscles are super kawawa.
So when we went to Aesthetic Science Clinic, they recommended Lava Stone Massage for him.
Lava stones are volcanic rocks made of basalt that absorb and retain heat. These stones are placed on energy centers or key points in the body to heat up the body thus this treatment improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, eases muscle and joint pains and relaxes the mind and body.
It is really perfect for him because the hot stones relaxes his body. It also helps ease his muscle pains na matagal na nyang iniinda.
I asked my father how was the experience and he said it is really relaxing. Nawala din yung sakit sa likod nya at balakang.
I guess he is saying the truth because after drinking his green tea (given by Aesthetic Science Clinic), nag aya ng umuwi dahil inaantok na daw sya.
The moment we got home, he had a long and restful sleep.
My sister tried the regular Whole Body Massage (500php/90min) and she said that it is relaxing as well. Both of them had a great time at Aesthetic Science so yey!
However, I was not able to try the massage for myself because we lacked time during our visit. Aesthetic Science only has 1 massage therapist so di na keri if 3 kami. We've been at the clinic for 3hrs already. If there's one thing that I wish Aesthetic would improve is that I wish they have more massage therapist. I'm not sure if natyempuhan lang namin na isa lang yung available that day coz we went on a Saturday afternoon.
But aside from that, our entire experience at Aesthetic Science Clinic has been wonderful.
Aside from massages, they also offer different aesthetic procedure like facials, peels, facial rejuvenation, body treatments, even cosmetic surgery.
