Review: Snow White and the Huntsman

Snow-White1

Thanks to Skin White and their power to WOW! - G.p and I had the opportunity to watch Snow White and the Huntsman on their special blogger screening. Special thanks to Nuffnang and Skin White! :) Yey!

And now for my review… OMG! That’s all I can say. I mean, this movie is more that superb. It is AWESOME!

I love the storyline. How they made our very own little fairy tale into something more than “once upon a time” and “they live happily ever after”. They put drama, suspense, action – all in the right places and all at the right amount. No dull moment. All exciting. Fun. Thrilling. But all of the Snow White elements are there. Fantastic!

I also love the effects. We watched it on regular cinema and I swear, I still wanna catch it on 3D! *ehem G.p* I know that the snow and the fight scenes and water scenes and all that brought me goose bumps are more entertaining on 3D. I’ll catch it on 3D and update you. :-P

I love love love the actors. Of course, Charlize Theron’s performance is epic! It is the first time that I loved a villain so much. Her portrayal is very realistic. I know everyone has been going gaga on how great she is on this film but no words could sum it all up. Just watch!

Kristen Stewart is a revelation. She can act! Promise. Hahahaha... And she’s good. Far from her portrayal as Bella Swan.

And of course, Chris Hemsworth is a love! :) I love him as Thor and I love him as the Huntsman. He’s just muy gwapito! I can’t say no to him.

This is movie so worth it! I’ll bet all my accessories and my clothes and my shoes! :) Make sure to catch it on the cinema!

Good review Reigne. A lot darker and grittier than most fairy tales we see on the big screen, but it worked and gave this film a new edge to it that I think it needed. Story could have had more tension to it though.
