‘Twas the Skirt!

Remember our company’s year end party? And my fashion dilemma just days before it? Oh well, here’s the final verdict for that night.

I didn’t really expect I’d pull it off. I mean, if you would notice my Barong is too big for me, it being in Men’s size and the alteration was not done properly. I was supposed to wear just the Kengkoy shirt and a day before the party, I was looking for a cute skirt or shorts to match it up. So my friends and I went to Landmark to get something for me to wear when I stumbled upon those love skirts. I really think ‘twas a tube top but the moment I tried it on, I know I should get them. The prints are perfect as they shout tribal! And they are perfect for my tee as well as my barong. And guess what? I got them for Php 150!!

My look without the Barong is also great! The Kengkoy Tee is uber cute. I removed the barong right after the party. I tell you, there’s a reason why men hate wearing them!

But that’s not the end of it all, I saw 2 of my most loved blogger wearing the same skirt! I’m dead serious. I was uber excited I need to mention them.
Here’s Camille with the same skirt but her’s from WAGW (photo grabbed from her blog)…

And here’s Patrish but her’s was from NAVA (photo grabbed from her blog)…

See? I may not be as THIN as them, but I pulled the skirt as great as them! Right? Right!

The skirt is great. It's a good idea you paired it up with a barong. But the bag didn't fit with your outfit. The skirt is nice but you just emphasized your big thighs.

hi! thanks for dropping by! :-) yeah i know my thighs are kinda big. i'm sooo gaining weight lately.
i just added a fun piece on my outfit to break the monotomy and the "seriousness" so i think my coconut handbag is perfect!
anyway, thanks for the comment. appreciate it really! :-)

MONOTOMY???..May word na pala na monotomy?Hahahaha...Mangongopya ka lang mali mali pa.Bago ka kumuha ng new word sa mga ibat ibang blogs or libro siguraduhin mo muna sa tamang sentence mo ginagamit ha bakla o baka sabihin mo typo error lang hahahahhha...The skirt is nice but you just emphasized your big thighs...kita mo na...kahit anong ganda ng damit talaga pag panget ang nagsusuot...panget ang nagiging kinalabasan...
